Responsibilities

  • Organizing the entire operation of the restaurant
  • Representing Hulala
  • Ensuring a flawless appearance of the entire restaurant
  • Responsibility for the restaurant's P&L
  • Point of contact for guest and employee questions and complaints
  • Conducting daily and monthly accounting
  • Personnel selection, scheduling, and management
  • Conducting regular staff training
  • Monitoring compliance with labor laws and hygiene regulations according to HACCP

Requirements

  • You have a vocational training in system gastronomy or related industries
  • You have commercial experience, particularly in personnel management and cost management
  • You are sociable, dedicated, and highly serviceoriented
  • You enjoy working independently, in a structured and goaloriented manner
  • You have a natural talent for motivating and leading people
  • You are an enthusiastic doer
