ABOUT US:
Responsibilities:
- Arrange meetings.
- Handle bid proposals and keep records up to date.
- Monitor contract renewals and send out necessary communications.
- Aid in preparing procurement reports.
- Document bid openings as required.
- Manage contract submissions for OGC review and keep track of revisions.
- Monitor approved contract expenses and project-related purchases.
- Process requisitions/issue purchase orders in Workday (training provided).
Qualification Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Capable of lifting up to 30lbs.
- Team player with attention to detail.
- Diligent in completing assigned tasks.
Work Hours:
8:30am—5:00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
