ABOUT US:


Responsibilities:


  • Arrange meetings.
  • Handle bid proposals and keep records up to date.
  • Monitor contract renewals and send out necessary communications.
  • Aid in preparing procurement reports.
  • Document bid openings as required.
  • Manage contract submissions for OGC review and keep track of revisions.
  • Monitor approved contract expenses and project-related purchases.
  • Process requisitions/issue purchase orders in Workday (training provided).

Qualification Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an office setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capable of lifting up to 30lbs.
  • Team player with attention to detail.
  • Diligent in completing assigned tasks.

Work Hours:

8:30am—5:00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
