We are a nationwide supplier of high-quality BPO outsourcing services in the areas of accounting, controlling, HR payroll, and travel expense accounting.

We are looking for a Junior Controller (m/w/d).

Your responsibilities

Participation in the creation and analysis of monthly and annual reporting for our clients
Continuous evaluation of all relevant key figures and financial data in SAP and DATEV
Preparation and commentary on business developments as well as development of forecasts and profitability calculations
Ensuring the accuracy of data and its compliance with company principles and processes
Optimization and further development of controlling processes
Various administrative tasks such as analyses, reports, and data reconciliation in CRM

Your qualifications

Completed degree in business administration or a comparable degree in controlling
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in controlling
Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Access
You act and think success and businessoriented
Strong analytical skills in dealing with numbers
High level of commitment, personal responsibility, and quick comprehension
