United Health Services is seeking a Content Specialist, HR and Recruitment to join our Human Resources 02 department at 33 Lewis Rd in Binghamton, NY.

This position is benefits eligible.

Job Responsibilities

Required Skills:

Interviewing and research to inform written/produced materials
Managing multiple production schedules
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent writing and communication skills
Knowledge of multiplatform writing/best practices (ad copy, social media, longform features, shortform testimonials, print materials, etc.)

Preferred Skills

Video production and photography
Experience with Indeed/Glassdoor native and paid content
Comfortable with graphic design based on templates
Writing for on

- and off-page SEO best practices

Experience working with employer value propositions and employer brand activation

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing/advertising, or a related field in human resources
At least 5 years of content creation/writing experience
Demonstrated success in published writing and content production

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of writing for recruitment or internal brand communications
Experience working in healthcare or a similar industry
