Description

The
Data Analyst will be responsible for delivering key performance metrics and insights surrounding key business verticals.

This role will require use of various data sources and systems to capture data and translate it into digestible formats and dashboards.

In addition, work in collaboration with other team members to deliver tasks and achieve milestones. This individual should be highly analytical, hold excellent communication skills and be able to understand business needs
.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and maintain delivery of various reports requiring data pulls and updating, articulation of performance drivers, and translation into PowerPoint presentations.
Development of new performance reports and dashboards requiring ground up build of requirements with supporting teams through to execution
Assist in forecast model management to effectively track performance against targets.
Continuously ensure data integrity, verifying info through frequent data validation of information
Support data needs for marketing campaign initiatives.
Support key business teams through data support as needed.
Support Salesforce data pulls as needed.
Ensure alignment on data with identified crossfunctional teams.
Own requirement to deliver on specified report needs on weekly basis and other cadences as defined.
Drive efficiency in data and reporting management.
Cultivate relationships with crossfunctional teams.
Some travel may be required.
Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Proven experience as Data Analyst, Support Coordinator, IT Related Analysts/ Consultant, or similar role.
Moderate understanding and practical experience with Microsoft, Salesforce, and SQL
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Power BI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills
Skilled at working effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Must embrace and display company principles and demonstrate an understanding of Hotwire culture.
Ability to interact and support executive level leadership.
Associate degree in general business and/or a minimum of 1 year of operational experience
Grammatically correct speech (in English)
Must be able to travel on occasion.
