Description

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate activities of the front-end team, which may include cashiers, baggers, and customer service associates.
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance and support to existing staff.
  • Ensure that all transactions (returns, exchanges, purchases) are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the store's front-end area.
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed, including cash drawer counts, change fund verification, and all necessary paperwork.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of store's promotions and sales.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures while adhering to all safety policies.
  • Assist with inventory management and control.
  • Work closely with store management to achieve sales goals and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of cash management and retail operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Higher education or certifications in Retail Management or related fields are a plus.9. Bilingual (Spanish) is a PLUS.

Pay:
