Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:_
Warmly greet and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and accessible environment.
Understand and address customers' needs and preferences, recommending products that meet their requirements.
Provide comprehensive product information and respond to inquiries with accuracy.
Sales:_
Proactively promote and sell our products to meet and surpass sales targets.
Employ effective sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
Upsell and crosssell to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
Product Knowledge:_
Maintain uptodate knowledge of our products' features and benefits.
Participate in training sessions to bolster your understanding of our offerings.
Demonstrate indepth product knowledge to customers.
Customer Service:_
Deliver exceptional service, ensuring customers leave with a positive and memorable experience.
Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
Team Collaboration:_
Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals.
Maintain open and effective communication with peers and management.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Capability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Selfmotivated and driven by targets.
Flexible availability, ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer literacy for handling transactions.
