Description

As an Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls, initiating outbound calls to potential and current customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads to contribute to our company's growth.

• Provides inbound telephone coverage, answers general product and service questions;explains company services.
• Places outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments for existing customers, follow up on appointments, etc.
• Accurately enters data entry into the operating system (Service Titan).
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
• Introduce and promote company products/services to generate interest and qualify leads.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
• Record and document all interactions and feedback for future followups.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
• Manage large amounts of calls in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team to transfer qualified leads for further followup.
• Set up appointments with customers who are interested in service
• Other duties are assigned as needed by needs of the Company.

• 1+ years in a call center or customer service position
• Previous experience in outbound calling or telemarketing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet targets.
• Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills.
• Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
