Minimum Qualifications:

Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in daily departmental functions.
Ensure nursing personnel adhere to job descriptions and nursing standards.
Participate in facility surveys as requested by DON and ADON.
Conduct daily rounds to maintain nursing service quality.
Address and report complaints and grievances.
