GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage endtoend delivery of project management for support for assigned Supply Chain Network Expansion related projects, including building workplans and communication plans, aligning workflows, reporting project status, risks and issues along with planned corrective action, and holding stakeholders accountable for delivery
Monitor, analyze and report on budgets and forecasts, highlighting any variances, and providing suggestions for resolution
Collaborate crossfunctionally with project leads including, Merchandise Planning & Inventory, IT, Loss Prevention, Distribution, Logistics, and Omnichannel functionally with project leads to create weekly status reporting, and prevent resource conflicts between multiple projects
Facilitate proactive change management for projects with a change impact, leading activities to conduct assessments, communication, training/coaching and resistance management
Provide timely and accurate communications to stakeholders, including overall status, health, and business benefits tracking for projects

risk management, issue management, quality assurance, and project communications, with project teams

Follow up on actions quickly, address any difficulties, and escalate issues, where necessary
Prepare reporting and status documentation and report on metrics to monitor and optimize project performance for assigned projects
Perform administrative activities, as required, in support of the project team for projects
In partnership with Business Testing team, plan, coordinate, and track project user testing activities
Manage procurement, tracking and invoicing
Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree required
24+ years' relevant project management experience
Strong timemanagement, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and project deadlines simultaneously
Project experience with an IT component/workstream
Strong working knowledge in SAP, MS Office Suite, SharePoint and PowerPoint
Ability to establish and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships with internal and external teams
Demonstrated project management planning/execution skills with a record of leading project management to obtain tangible business results
Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management, including planning, scheduling, organizing and coordinating in related field
Ability to influence, inform, and collaborate with all levels of management Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences

SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Job will be located in Bolingbrook, IL (hybrid)

WORKING CONDITIONS

Travel
Minimal ~5% Ability to work long hours and weekends during critical project times
