Overview:

We're in search of an experienced
Professional Services Lead to conduct a thorough evaluation of our client's IT infrastructures.

Your role will involve meticulously examining the system's alignment with both healthcare and technology industry standards while gauging its overall performance.

This pivotal position aims to craft strategic roadmaps, essential for our clients to sustain and elevate their technological prowess. Join us in shaping the future of our technological landscape within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform an exhaustive evaluation of existing IT infrastructure, covering networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud services for our clients.
  • Identify any compliance gaps and ensure adherence to relevant industry standards.
  • Produce a comprehensive Current State Assessment Report detailing compliance, security, and performance status tailored to each client's needs.
  • Develop Future State Roadmaps and Strategic Recommendations Reports, offering clear guidance on IT upgrades and implementations to bolster security and regulatory compliance measures for our clients.
  • Proficient in diverse IT systems, spanning Windows, and Active Directory, and implementing robust network security solutions.
  • Strong capability to generate meticulous documentation and formulate strategic plans, essential for driving informed decisionmaking processes.
**Solid experience with the following technology puts you at the front of the line:
Cloud Infrastructure:
Utilize Azure AD among other cloud assets for robust identity management and operational flexibility.


Database Systems:
Working knowledge of databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Cache) critical for storing essential data.


Endpoint Security:
Knowledge of comprehensive security measures across all endpoints.


Network Infrastructure:

Experience with switches and routers, network flows, and various security devices including perimeter and datacenter firewalls, IPS/IDS systems, and VPNs.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Over 5 years of handson experience in an environment, showcasing strong technical leadership.
  • Proven track record of leading the scoping and successful delivery of technology services engagements, with adeptness in managing projects and fostering positive customer interactions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in evaluating IT infrastructures.
  • Proficiency in driving projectbased work, encompassing task management, scheduling, deliverables, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain relationships across diverse groups of people at all levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities, with the agility to adapt swiftly to changes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of support tools, techniques, and the utilization of technology in delivering IT services.
  • Selfmotivated with a proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to create and maintain precise technical documentation and records.
  • Aptitude for continuous learning and staying updated on existing and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to provide technical support and resolve issues related to unfamiliar software and hardware.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or professional service automation tools.

Nice to haves:


  • Possession of professional IT Certifications such as CCIE or equivalent experience; additional beneficial certifications include MCSA, MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, Cisco CCNP, or VMware VCP.
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare and security compliance standards, ensuring seamless integration within regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience at an MSP.
