Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. We produce sports vests and bras for athletes.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a
Kansai Special Flatseamer and
Juki Coverstitch in our small/medium batch run facility.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.


Duties:

• Operate and monitor the performance of machines according to established procedures
• Set up machines for production runs, including adjusting settings and loading materials
• Monitor machine output and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning and lubricating
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs as needed
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during machine operation
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabricating techniques for sportswear
• Proficient in sewing using industrial sewing machines
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and production specifications
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
• Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced warehouse environment

Pay:
$ $25.62 per hour
