Performance Marketing:
Associate Media Manager


Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing, optimizing and managing performancebased campaigns across multiple paid media channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to inform actionable datadriven decisions and continuous optimization.
  • Provide channel strategy input & recommendations that meet brand objectives & achieve media KPIs.
  • Conduct indepth keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including digital marketing, analytics, creative, and sales to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Partner with our agencies and internal brand teams to translate creative strategies and vision into effective media plans.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports; highlighting trends and recommended optimizations across paid media channels.
  • Set measurable goals that demonstrate expectations and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 35 years in advertising, media management, and/or media buying; experience in paid search, with handson executional experience in planning and running largescale campaigns across Google, Bing and Meta (agency experience preferred).
  • Up to date on paid media best practices.
  • Experience designing, setting up and analyzing results for A/B tests.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication. Detailed oriented, organized and ability to multitask.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications are preferred but not required.
