Key Responsibilities:
Perform tire services including tire installation, repair, rotation, and balancing at customers' locations using mobile service vehicles.

Perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance tasks at customers' locations with efficiency and attention to detail.

Conduct thorough inspections of tires and vehicles to identify any issues or potential problems, providing expert recommendations and solutions to customers.

Maintain accurate records of all service work performed, ensuring proper documentation and billing procedures.

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the mobile service vehicle and equipment, following safety protocols and guidelines.

Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing customer inquiries, explaining service recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in tire installation, tire repair, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use various tools and equipment related to tire and oil change services.

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and work in varying weather conditions.

Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with customers.

Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends or extended hours based on business needs.


Preferred Skills:
Certification or training in automotive maintenance or tire service is a plus.

Familiarity with computerized systems for service tracking and record-keeping.
