    Position Specific Description


    Employees in this role contribute to a team dynamic, supporting business and legal priorities as EverBright grows its Compliance Management Systems (CMS).

    Other compliance and ethics activities that are matters of first impression drive research and cross-functional problem solving; ability to ask the right questions and bring matters to resolution are critical.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities


    • Writes and refines processes and policies; ensures that the content of policies and procedures are up-to-date
    • Works with business units on strategic initiatives to ensure that the processes are followed and due diligence is conducted
    • Identifies opportunities for training, communication of policies and procedures
    • Conducts benchmarking research on best practices, other companies' Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
    • Monitors industry, state, and federal regulatory enforcement trends to inform CMS refinements as necessary
    • Performs complex analysis, develops alternative recommendations and formulates implementation strategies
