YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recording and posting of incoming invoices
  • Preparation of payment runs
  • Account reconciliation and management of open items
  • Support in the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Reconciliation of creditor reminders
  • Conducting VAT checks during invoice processing
  • Processing of fixed asset accounting
  • Further development of commercial processes and contribution of own ideas in the context of the digitization process

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial education
  • Independent and wellstructured way of working as well as team spirit
  • Profound knowledge of accounting software
  • First professional experience in financial accounting
  • Good MS Office skills
