Description
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the company. Assists with appointments, complaints, orders, errors, account questions, repair orders, and other queries.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problems or reasons for calling or stopping by.
- First to answer phones
- Supervise & maintain social media presence
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Cancel or upgrade accounts.
- Advise on company information.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Schedule appointments
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
- Act as the company gatekeeper.
- Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellation of appointments
- Inform customers of deals and promotions.
- Utilize computer technology in all aspects of daily work
- Work with the service writer to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Perform mínimal data entry into QuickBooks.
- Monitor customer satisfaction.
- Make thank you calls.
- Maintains scheduled maintenance & recommended repair records.
- Contribute to the atmosphere that makes Bridgewater Motor Works an enjoyable place to work.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks that the owner performs.
