The Education, Upbringing, and Care department is dedicated to promoting early childhood education and supporting families in its facilities (student houses, all-day school programs).


We are currently seeking an
Educator/Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d) as a secondary specialist for our Wilhelm-Hauff-Schule student house in Stuttgart-Süd, starting as soon as possible.


Position: 65%-80%

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent design and implementation of educational activities and projects
  • Support and promotion of children during lunchtime
  • Participation in the implementation of the concept
  • Collaborative work with parents, teachers, cooperation partners in the neighborhood, and other Caritas services

Your qualifications:

  • Qualification as an educator, youth and child care worker, childhood educator, or equivalent (special needs educator, etc.)
  • Ability to build reliable relationships with children and their parents
  • High communication skills and an approachable personality
  • Knowledge of learning and educational processes of children aged 610 years
  • Motivation and ability to plan and implement activities for the corresponding age group
