Full-time | Location: Dorneyville, PA

Responsibilities:


  • Preparation, organization, and execution of trainings according to the guidelines of the Station Training Manager for the Ramp Handling department
  • Responsibility for all safety aspects and compliance with quality standards of assigned employees
  • Adherence to all safety regulations, corporate guidelines, and local processes
  • Proficient use of training modules and materials
  • Communication of training results to trainees and Station Training Manager
  • Creation of training documentation
  • Organizing and leading training groups at the airport
  • Point of contact for all training participants

Your Profile:


  • Relevant work experience of at least 3 years
  • Excellent knowledge of operational processes
  • Experience with apron processes and ground service equipment
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • High level of empathy and excellent communication skills
  • Strong social competence
  • Independent and reliable work ethic, with initiative
  • Goaloriented, resilient, team player, and flexible
  • Loyal and confident demeanor
  • Good manners and professional appearance
  • High level of safety awareness (safety and security)
  • Valid background check according to 7 LufSiG and DGR certificates
  • Driver's license class B
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
