    Job Description

    Primary Therapist positions open for male or female Licensed Therapists at substance abuse treatment center in Boynton Beach, Florida.

    Experience with young to middle aged adult addiction and co-occurring disorders (dual-diagnosis) and prior experience working in a treatment/recovery center is necessary. Candidate should be well familiarized with PHP, IOP and Outpatient programs, biopsychosocial evals, ASAM's, treatment planning, discharge/aftercare planning, and individual and group therapy.

    Computer experience with EMR is needed.

    Specific Job Duties Include:

    Conducting chemical dependency evaluations, as well as chemical abuse/dependency aspects of treatment plans and treatment plan updates

    Assisting patients in developing measurable chemical dependency related discharge goals and objectives

    Providing liaison services between patient and family

    Updating treatment plans regularly

    Group therapy and documentation

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    One or more of the following licenses are required:

    Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

    Psychologist

    Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

    Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)

    Certified Addiction Professional (CAP)
