Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations on the job site
Review and interpret project contracts to ensure adherence to terms and conditions
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and punch lists
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
Manage project budgets, including cost estimating, tracking expenses, and approving invoices
Utilize construction management software (such as ProCore or Primavera) to track project progress

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
Familiarity with construction management software (ProCore, Primavera, Bluebeam)
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management principles in construction projects
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
