Your duties:

  • Controlling the entire service area of all locations
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase service revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Reporting key figures in the aftersales sector
  • Developing and implementing aftersales strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Monitoring and analyzing aftersales processes to identify potential for optimization
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal regulations in the aftersales sector
  • Responsibility for the aftersales budget and creating corresponding reports and analyses
  • Evaluating statistics in the aftersales sector

What you bring:

  • Completed technical training in the automotive sector or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the aftersales sector of a car dealership, ideally in a managerial position
  • Indepth knowledge of controlling and optimizing aftersales processes
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with key figures
  • High customer orientation and communication skills
  • Assertiveness and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in common MS Office applications
