We are looking for:
Laboratory Technician / Quality Assurance Employee - Beverage Production (m/f/d)

Type of contract:
Permanent

  • Working hours: 40 hours per week in a 4 shift system
  • Location: Jessen (Elster)
  • Job ID: WHAT YOU WILL DO Conduct quality, product and equipment checks according to a defined control plan (chemical technical analyses, microbiology) Monitor processes for the production of beverages Check packaging according to specifications Implementation and compliance with legal requirements as well as IFS and MEG guidelines Verification and implementation of proper hygiene standards in all areas of the facility WHAT YOU BRING Completed vocational training in the laboratory field (e.
g. dairy laboratory technician), in the food industry (e.g. food technology specialist) or a similar completed vocational training Experience in quality assurance in the food industry is an advantage Possible career change from other food-related professions (baker, cook, butcher) Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of SAP QM is an advantage High level of conscientiousness, sense of responsibility and initiative Willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system
