The bidi Bildung Digital GmbH is an educational startup from Dresden, founded in 2018 with the goal of advancing digital education in Germany.

With our web application bidi, we enable mobile online tutoring that identifies learning needs and promotes the individual potential of each student. We create an experience where traditional offline learning is complemented by the flexibility and versatility of the online world.

Your tasks:

  • Expansion and co-design of our web application for online tutoring
  • Frontend development based on Angular and Firebase
  • Implementation of designs, transitions, and animations with CSS3 and JavaScript
  • Technical conception and planning of new features and modules
  • Integration of external services (APIs)
  • Handling of support tickets

Your profile:

  • You have already gained first professional/practical experience
  • Education/studies in the field of (media) informatics or a comparable direction
  • Knowledge in the areas of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript technologies (Angular, Firebase, etc.)
  • Knowledge of working with RESTful APIs
  • Solid handling of version control (GitLab, Git)
  • Conscientious and quality-oriented work
