Description

We are hiring a Dental Front Office Coordinator (must have 10 years of customer service experience and 4 years of administrative experience).

We offer competitive pay, PTO, vacation pay, medical, health wellness, and 401K match. 4 days a week (32 hours a week,
_must be able to work the 32 hours a week_).

We follow the CDC's healthcare providers' recommendations for vaccinations (Covid vaccines and boosters, annual flu vaccine, and HEP B required)


Background, credit checks, employment, and education verification are required.
The front office coordinator functions to aid the team in coordinating patients for dental services.


Front Office Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greets responds quickly and effectively to the needs of patients.
  • Collects patients' copays.
  • Provides followup confirmation of appointments for patients who failed to do so electronically.
  • Maintains the flow and paperless environment within the dental office.
  • Resolve patient issues in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage patient scheduling and direct patient flow.
  • Understand the treatment plan.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure claim completion.
  • Comply with the budget for supplies orders.
  • Compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure records are stored securely and in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Maintain professional appearance and functionality of the office.
  • Create and contribute to a supportive team environment.
  • Offer assistance to clinical staff during downtime and as needed.
  • Responsible for daily completion of insurance verification.
  • Processes patient referrals as needed.
  • A full list of duties and responsibilities will be provided during onboarding.

Preferred Skills:


  • Knowledge of dental terminology.
  • Previous dental receptionist experience.
  • Experience with Softdent.
  • Experience with Dexis imaging software.
  • Xray Certification (RHS test taken through DANB. We verify credentials through DANB)

Qualifications and Necessary Skills:


  • High School Diploma or GED.
