The AWO Society for Elderly Care Facilities operates 16 stationary facilities, five part-time facilities, and two outpatient services in the greater Middle Rhine area between Gummersbach and Aachen. With over nursing places and more than employees, we are one of the largest providers in North Rhine-Westphalia. All of our facilities are certified according to the quality standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and AWO standards.

You bring:

  • Experience in housekeeping tasks
  • A positive attitude towards elderly and dependent people
  • Enjoyment and enthusiasm for working with elderly and dependent people
  • Interest in further education and deepening of existing expertise
  • A strong understanding of hygiene and openness to working with digital media
