Seeking an
EXPERIENCED Lead Maintanence Technician, you will coordinate workers and oversee day-to-day maintenance operations.
Additionally, you will organize a schedule and tasks for your team each day, ensure health and safety standards are observed, and that work is completed within deadlines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform all maintenance tasks on a schedule including replacement of HVAC filters, toilet flapper checks, and other scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Attend service calls and maintenance requests.
- Complete work orders.
- Perform inspections of roofs, buildings and common areas, and present deferred maintenance and other findings to management.
- Remodel apartments including flooring, painting, cabinets, ceiling tiles, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, change locks, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift to one hundred (100) pounds.
- Have 3+ years of maintenance or construction experience.
- MUST have HVAC license/cerifiaction
- Wage: $20.00$23.00 per hour
