We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

This entry-level position will support tech sales strategies and client relations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining client records, assisting with the execution of marketing and sales initiatives, and directly engaging with potential clients.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing presentations and sales materials.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of meetings, conference calls, and events.
  • Maintain comprehensive and uptodate client and prospect data.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and distribute promotional materials.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry in CRM systems.
  • Provide logĂ­stical support for sales activities.
  • Research potential clients to determine if they fit the company's ideal customer profile.
  • Schedule and conduct firsttime appointments with potential clients to discuss their IT needs.
  • Schedule assessments to determine client requirements.

Requirements and Skills:


  • 4+ years of experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment.
