We are a group of students from a professional training program and we are working on a project to start our own company. We have decided to open a day center and we need a budget for catering services in order to keep track of all the expenses.
For the day center, we require catering services for lunch at 2:00 PM, including a first course, main course, and dessert. Additionally, we also need a snack to be delivered, which should be cold so that we can distribute it ourselves after lunch.
This would be for approximately 40 people, 5 times a week.
