At the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA), we believe in developing talent and helping to create the leaders of tomorrow.

Our Full-time Associate Program is designed to provide entry level professionals project and operational based experiences in various VITA business and IT roles.

As a VITA Associate, you will receive a blended learning curriculum and one-on-one mentoring in a dynamic work environment. Telework opportunities will be available, but most of the program will require onsite work.

Minimum Qualifications
Recent alumni.

Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.

Familiarity with internet-based research.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work


Additional Considerations
Experience in information technology through internships, course work or volunteering.
