Job Title:
Concrete Laborer/Finisher

Location: 17638 Morse St, Lowell, Indiana 46356

We are a non-union company seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Laborer/Finisher to join our team. We are willing to train those who have no prior experience. We can teach you a trade and start a new career

We mostly tear out, and replace old concrete. Our scope of work is usually flat work which includes patios, sidewalks, and driveways. We have a "work smarter, not harder" work environment.

Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Ground Prep, Setting Forms, Pouring, and Finishing concrete

Assisting with the installation of rebar and other support structures

Operating various tools and equipment to smooth and finish concrete surfaces

Maintaining a clean and safe work area as well as our trucks


Requirements:

Physically able to lift heavy objects

Reliable transportation to our shop in Lowell

Must have a valid driver's license

Ability to pay attention to detail and follow work instructions

Good work ethic


Additional Requirements If Experienced:
Proven experience in concrete work, including pouring and finishing

Knowledge of concrete setting, pouring, and finishing techniques

Familiarity with various concrete types, including stamped and decorative concrete

Ability to operate various concrete finishing tools and equipment

Pay is $15-$20 based on experience

Overtime after 40 Hours
