Warehouse Team Leader (m/f/d)

What to expect from us

You will lead a small team of warehouse workers and apprentices, and also enjoy working actively yourself and making quick decisions when necessary.
You will be responsible for inventory and ensure cleanliness, structure, order, and proper storage of goods. Processing returns is also part of your responsibilities.
You will evaluate and define all logical processes with management (including warehouse technology, planning of picking areas, shipping processing). This also includes evaluating and adjusting the personnel structure and scheduling of staff.
You will represent the warehouse management in their absence and support them in leadership tasks, process and work monitoring, and optimizing warehouse processes.
