IES is looking for a Client Retention Specialist to work with our existing client portfolio and ensure their complete satisfaction with the current services provided.

Client Retention Specialists will actively work with existing consumers as a face of quality assurance. Their tone should be warm and professional.

IES provides websites and robust web portals and solutions for K-12 educational institutions, community action partnerships, nonprofits, e-commerce, and for-profit organizations.

Pay:
From $15 per hour
