You actively contribute to the KPIs and all goals of your store
You love to continuously develop your team and motivate them to achieve their best
As a sales talent with great empathy, you create a unique shopping experience for our customers through active participation in sales
With your passion for unique jewelry and your ability to inspire, you are able to build long-term relationships with your customers
You are responsible for defining, communicating, and monitoring goals, as well as personnel planning
You are responsible for preparing, conducting, documenting, and following up on employee conversations
You always keep an eye on the storage space and inventory and ensure that the stocks are correct
You organize inventories and are responsible for their correct execution
