Your responsibilities:
Planning and organizing internal and external personnel and organizational development measures

Conceptualizing, coordinating, and moderating workshops and trainings

Optimizing existing and introducing innovative personnel development tools

Advising employees on personnel development-specific topics and measures

Accompanying and supporting our managers in the development of their teams

Creating e-learning courses in collaboration with departments


Your qualifications:
Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources or equivalent qualification

Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and empathy in dealing with our employees

Independent and structured work style with a hands-on mentality

Strong ability for self-reflection and a creative work style
