WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
Imagine overseeing the transformation of upscale hospitality spaces. As a Hospitality Construction Project Manager, your day involves meticulous project planning, client collaboration, and resource coordination. From managing budgets and schedules to conducting site visits for quality control, you ensure projects exceed expectations. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Experience as a construction project manager, specifically in hospitality and renovations
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Efficient organizational and time management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and solve problems

A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with ProCore construction management software and professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus
