Client Services Representative for our unique home care services in North Orange County.


This individual will be responsible for supporting our new clients set up the care they need to live the highest quality of life We are not your typical home care organization.

Our services include traditional home care and our new House Calls Program. We have a care solution for nearly all clients who call in for care.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior sales or customer service experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Excellent computer and telephone skills
  • Must be able to align with our company's mission of providing quality care to keep clients happy, healthy and safe
  • Must be a strong communicator with the ability to manage crucial conversations through strong phone and written communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • 13 years of business or customer service (retail or restaurant server) experience preferred
  • Spanish Seaker highly desired
  • Preferably attained or currently working toward a bachelor's degree from a fouryear accredited university or college

Responsibilities include:


Manage the sales pipeline:


  • Document leads, potential clients, and new clients in CRM database in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
  • Regular followups, contact, and cultivation with potential clients
  • Efficiently and accurately complete new client authorizations submission and tracking, coordinate client intake paperwork

Manage the Client Onboarding

  • Coordinate the start of care for new clients by ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate
  • Work with RNs to coordinate intake assessments in preparation for new client starts of care
  • Provide information to organizations that have regular contact with seniors in their communities
  • Maintain ongoing contact with prospective clients and key contacts in surrounding communities
    to ensure followup and assessments are scheduled and clients start care

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Must be selfmotivated and able to work without direct supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic business programs for general business use, including the preparation of marketingrelated materials and presentations.
  • Customer serviceoriented and skilled in customer conflict resolution techniques.

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Preferably attained or currently working toward a Bachelor's Degree from a fouryear accredited university or college.

Pay:
$20 - $22 / hour
