Description

Third Party Risk -- Business Analyst Senior Maintains, monitors and updates vendor management system, working with vendor support to address issues, and provides system support for internal and external users as it relates to Huntington's Third Party Risk Management process. Maintains in-depth knowledge of business processes and applications and stays current with compliance guidance and regulatory requirements. Identifies and implements solutions to enhance performance and efficiencies of Huntington's third party risk management process including regulatory compliance. Researches problems, develops and communicates potential solutions to decision-makers, then works to resolve the issues. Documents operational procedures for products, services and systems supported. Develops, generates and analyzes specialized and ad hoc reports. Analyzes existing processes and systems and identifies technical or procedural recommendations for improvements in business process/system(s). Provides technical support to the organization surrounding Huntington's third party risk management system. Facilitates meetings with both internal and external parties, documenting related action items, and ensuring completion. Other tasks and responsibilities as may be directed by management.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

5 or more years of Business Analyst or Risk Management work experience.

Preferred Experience:

Advanced knowledge and experience working with Excel – e.g., pivots, graphs, VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) preferred.

Advanced knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Access databases preferred; however, basic could work.

Knowledge of other Microsoft products (Word, Microsoft Share Point)

Knowledge of or experience working with the third party risk management system (Coupa Risk Assess) a plus but not required.

Critical thinking skill set to improve the quality of thinking through skillfully analyzing, assessing, and reconstructing a problem, subject, content.

Ability to extract meaningful information from raw data and develop relevant reporting that can be used for decision-making by management. One or more years of banking/financial related experience preferred

Compensation Range:

$80,000- $85,000

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
