- BC / BE Psychiatrist
- Hybrid position: 65% Outpatient / 35% consult service
- Adult only patients
- Avg 2030 minutes per patient
- Possibility of outpatient director role if desired
- MedConnect EMR
- Monday-Friday 8am5pm schedule
- Participate in call one: week night every two weeks and one weekend every 8 weeks.
- Additional call available if desired
- 2 year income guarantee of $235,000
- RVU based productivity incentive available in year one (keep 100% of difference if RVUs exceed base salary
- 100% RVUbased compensation starting in year 3
- Quality incentive up to $15k annually

- Occurrence based malpractice
- Will pay for tail/nose for incoming provider
