- Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate compliance risks.
- Perform testing of internal controls over compliance activities.
- Investigate potential instances of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Communicate effectively with management and the Board of Directors regarding compliance risks and activities.
