What to expect:

  • You will support our customers and understand their needs through direct communication: whether on the phone, in chat, or via email, you will provide excellent service
  • You will acquire new customers and strengthen the relationship with existing ones
  • You will independently create presentations and present them afterwards
  • You will learn how to plan personnel deployment so that we are always quickly accessible for our customers 1/3 of the apprenticeship time you will attend vocational school, where you will receive additional learning content
  • You will be mentored by experienced trainers to become a communication professional
