Description

Piper Companies is looking for a Development Project Manager to join a provider of senior living and health care facilities. This is a full-time position based in Catonsville, MD.

Essential Duties of the Development Project Manager:

Maintain, monitor, review, and report on project budgets and change orders
Review and escalate issues as required to maintain project schedule, budget, standards and guidelines, and design intent.
Monitor processing timeliness and review RFIs and Submittals
Coordinate and verify accuracy of all turnover documents, as built and O&M manuals

Qualifications of the Development Project Manager:

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical degree
2+ years of experience in construction project management.
Experience with BlueBeam is a plus.
Experience with large scale renovations and writing RFIs is a plus.
Flexible with travel (local and around continental US)
Eligibility to work in the United States.

Compensation for the Development Project Manager:

$90,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)
Hybrid flexibility
