The Behrendt Real Estate Management has been responsible for the comprehensive commercial and technical management of a continuously growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties for 20 years.

Currently, we have approximately rental apartments and about m2 of office space in our portfolio.

For the management of our residential properties in Hamburg Jenfeld, we are looking for a full-time caretaker (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


Your tasks:
You will be the first point of contact on site for our tenants, service providers, and property management. You will be responsible for the handover and acceptance of rental units during tenant changes. You will read the general meters for heating, water, and electricity. In coordination with the management, you will coordinate the services of external contractors. You will carry out minor repairs and rectify any defects. You will maintain and inspect the outdoor facilities. You will monitor the technical systems. You will clear snow and ice from sidewalks, pathways, and building entrances.


Your profile:
Completed vocational training in a trade (e.g. electrician, carpenter, etc.) Strong manual skills Organizational talent and confident demeanor Structured work style in close coordination with management Professional and service-oriented interaction with our tenants A driver's license and a vehicle are required.
