Major Essential Duties:


  • Ensure that each customer receives exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer.
  • Collect money for repair orders, counter tickets, rentals, vehicle sales, and other cash transactions.
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise. Refer dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Must wear a dealership provided uniform, maintaining a professional personal appearance.
  • Follow all quality control processes and procedures.
  • Work overtime and weekends as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma and 2 years' experience in a retail environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. Dealership experience preferred.
  • Personal values to align with company values of Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Respect, and Excellence
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with customers.
  • Cash handling skills required.
  • Must be computer literate. Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
