We are actively recruiting an energetic, high-potential Packing Associate to join our growing team.

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.

As Packing Associate, you will be responsible for packaging goods according to specifications and quality requirements to prepare items for shipment.

This is a full time, first shift position.


_Responsibilities of the

Packing Associate Include:
_


  • Counts, measures, and weighs materials and products.
  • Constructs, lines, and pads cartons, crates, and containers as appropriate to package products for shipping.
  • Examines containers, products, and materials for quality control and ensures packing requirements are met.
  • Enters packing, order, and product information in or on required forms, records, or other documents.
  • Transports packages to loading areas or other specified zones.
  • Track, trace and update the status of outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate and provide support to other departments to resolve shipping and packaging issues.

  • 13+ years related packing or shipping experience
  • General computer knowledge, willingness and ability to learn new programs
  • Attention to detail and quality; able to key data accurately
