We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Entry Level Account Manager who we can train to bring on new business and hit sales quotas.

Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Leverage all given resources and solution selling to expand margin dollars and exceed sales targets
  • Ensure that new customers are informed of and fully utilizing all of our products and services features
  • Navigate company structures to get past gatekeepers and influence decisionmakers
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant departments, including Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and Customer Support Associates to establish and accomplish goals
  • Facilitate the placement of sales orders and monitors fulfillment process to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions that will meet or exceed expectations
  • Demonstrates technical sales ability with indepth knowledge of our products and services by attending daily client meetings inoffice

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or entrepreneurship is highly preferred
  • 12 years of experience in a client or customerfacing position
  • Mental toughness and ability to rise to challenge during adversity
  • Negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of sales cycle and solution selling techniques
  • A proven approach to access decisionmakers at client organizations
  • Outgoing personality and an exceptional listener
  • Have intellectual agility as well as an entrepreneurial and growth mindset
  • Demonstrates drive, initiative, energy, and sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients
  • Passion for learning and professional development

Pay:
$48, $60,000.00 per year
