- Welcome pool guest and verify that they are indeed hotel guests.
- Prepare and assign lounge chairs to guests in and orderly fashion.
- Issue hotel towels to guests upon request.
- Ensure that guests adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the area surrounding the pool, gathering and cleaning towels, and busing tables.
- Monitor the quality of the water in the pool and request maintenance as needed.
- Set up the towel station and the pool bar.
- Assist Pool Bartenders in the pick-up and delivery of food items from the main kitchen.
- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Food Production — Knowledge of techniques and equipment for planting, growing, and harvesting food products (both plant and animal) for consumption, including storage/handling techniques.
