Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette in all customer interactions.
• Accurately enter customer data and update customer accounts in our system.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling products to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with sales inquiries and process orders.
• Provide support to customers in both English and Spanish languages.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
