Fellowship Fleet Limousine is currently looking for qualified full-time and part-time positions to expand our operations throughout the continental US.


Position
Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Events Coordinator to join our team at Fellowship Fleet.

The Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all events and group bookings for our limousine and bus services.

This individual will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal team members to ensure flawless execution of events and provide exceptional customer service, for both on-site and off-site events.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring all details are coordinated and communicated effectively,
  • Plan and manage all aspects of group bookings and events, including scheduling, logistics, transportation, and accommodations,
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure all services are delivered on time and within budget,
  • Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other staff to ensure smooth operations during events
  • Negotiate and secure contracts with vendors and suppliers for services such as catering, decorations, and entertainment,
  • Act as an onsite coordinator during events, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring client satisfaction,
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals

Qualifications:


  • Some college classes in Event Planning, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in the transportation industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, event management software, and transportation software
  • Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
