We are looking for a machine operator/ shift leader (m/f/d) for extrusion blow molding in a 2-shift operation with the following main tasks:

  • rebuilding, setting up, starting and maintaining blow molding machines
  • managing the general production process
  • troubleshooting and production optimization

Skills and work:

  • professional experience as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology with a focus on extrusion
  • knowledge of materials
  • ability to work independently in a small team
  • 2-shift operation/ no weekends
  • teamwork
  • willingness to take on responsibility
  • short distances, quick decisions
  • gas vouchers and other subsidies
